Guangdong Golden Crops Agriculture Science& Technology Co., LTD. was established in 2010 with a registered capital of 30 million, and its shareholders are: Guangdong Xianmei Seed Co., LTD. (a subsidiary of Dabeinong Group Chuangzi Technology), Crop Research Institute of Guangdong Academy of Agricultural Sciences, and Guangdong Academy of Agricultural Sciences. It is an integrated company of breeding, multiplication and promotion based on the industrialization research, sales, import and export of seeds and seedlings such as corn, vegetables, melons, fruit trees, flowers, etc., and has the honors of "Guangzhou Agricultural Leading Enterprise" and "Guangzhou Tianhe District-level Agricultural Leading Enterprise", and is the vice chairman unit of China Seed Trade Association and the director unit of Guangdong Seed Association. In November 2018, the company obtained the AEO "General Certification Enterprise" certificate of Guangzhou Customs of People's Republic of China, and is one of the strongest units in the import and export business of seeds and seedlings in China. The company's various businesses are at the leading level in China, with trademarks such as "Jinzuo" and "Yueke" and a number of patents. The company has two wholly-owned subsidiaries, Guangdong Jinzuo Seed Technology Co., Ltd. and Guangdong Benchmark Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd.

In 2023, the company established Guangdong Golden Crop International Trade and Cooperation Center in Changyaoling, Zhongluotan Town, Baiyun District, Guangzhou, relying on the advantages of RCEP policies to serve the country's "Belt and Road" agricultural development.

Relying on the Crop Research Institute of Guangdong Academy of Agricultural Sciences, the Key Open Laboratory of Crop Germplasm Resources in South China of the Ministry of Agriculture, Dabeinong Group and Guangdong Xianmei Seed Co., Ltd. actively carry out the research and development of new varieties of corn, vegetables, melons, fruit trees and flowers and other crops, and the company operates the "Zheng Tian" and "Yue Tian" series of sweet waxy corn seeds, bananas, flowers and fruit trees and other horticultural crop tissue culture seedlings with obvious market advantages and good promotion prospects.
